About Coach

My first introduction to CrossFit was back in the summer of 2014 when I joined the program to supplement the team sports I was playing. There were lots of reasons why I loved it but there are two that stick out in my mind. Number one: I started to feel so much more confident in my speed, whether it was a breakaway in soccer or a home-to-first-time trial in softball, I began feeling faster than I ever had before. Number two: my first CrossFit coach was an incredible role model to have at 15 years old. It was so special to have a woman to look up to who could see my own body type in. She was muscular and strong, something I didn't get to see in the media so often back then. The combination of becoming a better athlete while becoming a more confident person is what makes CrossFit so special to me. I am so grateful for the part I get to play in each of our athletes' journeys every day. Seeing our members gain their own confidence, chase their goals, and surprise themselves each day is the most fulfilling and exciting part of my day, every day. Longevity of a healthy, happy life may be the overall goal; but I look forward to helping each of our athletes make a step closer to their biggest goals, one day at a time.
